These openings represent an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic transport infrastructure project, offering a technically diverse project scope, coupled with the prospect to work on a $500 Million, four year project, based in close proximity to Byron Bay and beautiful Northern NSW.

This highway project will provide the opportunity to work for an ICONIC, diverse, and market leading contractor, who have a number of significant projects underway across Australia and Internationally. Our client, is an organisation that has a stand out reputation for being a contractor of choice for major infrastructure works across Australia coupled with its strong international presence and track record.

Having recently been awarded this dynamic highway project, this has brought about their current requirement for Project Engineers to support this large scale infrastructure project covering the construction and upgrade of a significant piece of highway in Northern NSW. These roles will cover Structural, Earthworks, Roading, and drainage related applications.

To be successful in this role, your Civil Engineering qualifications must be supported by a minimum of 4 years experience gained across relevant civil works projects, and as such there is a strong requirement for the successful applicant to ideally have experience in all facets of road construction. Specific duties will include ensuring the delivery of project milestones, project planing, QA/QC, cost management & reporting, mentoring site engineers, and providing dedicated engineering input.

To undertake this role successfully, it is essential that you have:

* Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field, (Civil engineering).
* A work history involving ideally 1 year experience as a Project Engineer, with exposure across earthworks projects.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
* Project Exposure across Road or other major Civil works projects.
* Proven project experience across earthworks, roadworks, and/or structures.
