This dynamic small practice with new premises offers one of the most comprehensive set of legal services on the North Coast and provides legal services for business, property transactions, wills and estates planning, family law, elder law and most types of litigation including personal and commercial litigation.

The practice is developed and just needs you to continue to develop it. The work is primarily property settlements (in accordance with the Property Relationships Act) and some custody issues. There is no legal aid work.

You will be permanently based in the Byron office and only required to attend the regional towns of Ballina and Murwillumbah for appearances. Appearances in Sydney and Brisbane are only occasional and rare.

You will be very adept at handling clients and your client relationships generally.
