This role will form an integral part of the project leadership team offering the prospect to work on a dynamic highway project providing the opportunity to work for an ICONIC, diverse, and market leading contractor, who have a number of significant projects underway across Australia and Internationally.

Having recently been awarded this dynamic highway project, this has brought about their current requirement for a Human Resources Manager to support this large scale infrastructure project.

Your responsibilities on this project will include:

* Provide HR advise, education & support to the project management team
* Establish and manage the HR function, including all policies and procedures
* Ensure that development programs are implemented to build organisational capability
* Effective implementation of performance management practices
* Recruit and retain required staff
* Promote internal communications between the key stakeholders on the project
* Compliance and monthly management reporting

Your track record should demonstrate an ability to combine your considerable HR experience with:

* A strong operational and administrative focus
* Effective organization and operational abilities
* Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
* Ability to impact and influence
* Formal qualifications in Human Resources
