An exciting Full Time opportunity has arisen for an experienced, committed and enthusiastic mature waiter who is looking to take on a supervisory role and to join our professional and dynamic Front of House team here at Fishheads seafood restaurant, Byron Bay.

Floor Supervisor

The Floor Supervisor we are seeking must have previously been employed as a supervisor in a fast paced environment. The supervisor must have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate their ability with regard to;

Function co-coordination
Cash & EFTPOS handling, reconciliation and banking
Ideally have used & be conversant with MS Word & Excel – not essential
Good communicator
Working a 45+ hour week
Excellent at client liaison
Roster compilation & implementation
(A working background in a seafood restaurant would be advantageous, however not essential

In addition to the above, work with the floor team and under your direct supervision; provide our diners with a consistently high standard of service. The successful supervisor must have skills & confidence to act in a supervisory role and take responsibility for our Front of House team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. This dynamic Supervisor is to be foremost a ‘Team player’ and secondly a ‘Hands On’ individual.
